In the Museum and Exhibition Center of the Museum of the History of the City of Kyiv yesterday the opening of a charity exhibition-auction in support of the special unit of the Ukrainian Armed Forces "Kryla". The special unit is creating its own flotilla of FPV kamikaze drones. Today, this type of drones has become a truly revolutionary means of combat. After all, FPV (First Person View) drones provide an opportunity to collect invaluable intelligence information and are literally used as sniper weapons from a distance of up to 10 kilometers. Installed cameras and modern means of communication allow the operator to control the aircraft in "real time" mode, while remaining at a safe distance. This helps preserve the lives of our Defenders and effectively destroy enemy equipment and personnel.

Having united, well-known Ukrainian artists Ljubomyr Martyniuk, OL'SVOL'D and the auction house "Epoch" provided their works for the auction, the funds from which will be transferred to the purchase of kamikaze drones. Also, the exhibition was supplemented and became lots of impressive military artifacts from various places of hostilities and paintings of Maria Prymachenko's grandchildren.

The exhibition will last until February 26, have time to see and enjoy the art, and most importantly, help and participate in the collection of donations! About the artists:

Lubomyr Martyniuk Liubomyr Martyniuk is a contemporary Ukrainian artist who works in the field of abstract painting. The artist was born in the village of Solotvyn in Ivano-Frankivsk region. He studied at the Department of Sacred and Monumental Painting at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. For a quarter of a century, the artist has painted about 10 thousand paintings that are exhibited in galleries and museums, complement the space of educational institutions and churches in Ukraine, and decorate numerous private collections of collectors abroad - in Norway, the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The artist works in his studio at the M. Hryshko National Botanical Garden in Kyiv.

OL'SVOL'D - a Ukrainian artist who does not reveal his real name, is recognized precisely because of his creative individuality. The latter is based on his own philosophy. In 2009, he made a choice in favor of a spiritual path and self-realization in art. "Colors" are the artist's paintings, images and visualizations that are born in a special meditative state.
