On May 27, 2021, the "COMPETITION TO SUPPORT YOUNG IT TALENTS" was held
In secondary comprehensive school No. 147, in the Desnyan district of Kyiv, the "YOUNG COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE COMPETITION" was held. Intellectual competitions among young experts in computer science were held with the support of the International Charitable Foundation "Archangel Svitla" and the International Computer School "Logic".
Ten computer science enthusiasts from the 3rd and 4th grades of the school competed for the prizes of the competition. The director of the Department of Educational and Cultural Projects of the "Archangel Svitla" IBF Andriy Ivanov addressed the young participants with a welcome speech, the representative of the International School "Logic" Olga Kyrychenko and the computer science teacher Serhiy Bystrov wished the participants creative success.
As a result, 4th grade students Dmytro Kovalev, Artem Soltysyuk and David Kumpil perfectly coped with the difficult tasks of the competition. They took the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize places of the competition, respectively. The winners and all other participants of computer competitions received valuable gifts and diplomas from the organizers.
After the award ceremony, the Director of the "Archangel Svitla" MBF, Ivan Thoryk, addressed all the participants and guests of the competition. He emphasized that measures to support the talented youth of Ukraine are one of the most important priorities of the organization's activities. The nearest perspective in this direction is the intention to open a special children's IT school in Kyiv in October 2021.
